In collaboration with Guam’s tourism and medical partners, the Guam Visitors Bureau is proud to present Air V&V — a program for travelers interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine while vacationing in Guam. The Air V&V program offers visitors the administration of the vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson/Janssen), COVID-19 tests as need, and digital vaccination records.
Who qualifies for the program?
- Individuals 5 years old and older
Before making your travel arrangements to Guam, please ensure that you meet federal requirements to enter the United States.
If I want to participate in this program, what must I do before going to Guam?
- All international visitors (non-U.S. citizen/non-U.S. immigrant) must meet the following requirements to travel into the United States, including Guam:
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Negative COVID-19 test result (or documentation of recovery from COVID-19)

Guam also continues to implement a mandatory 10-day quarantine for all incoming travelers. In order to be exempt from quarantine, please provide proof of one of the following upon your arrival:
- Full COVID-19 vaccination (an FDA- or WHO-approved vaccine series); OR
- Negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours of departure; OR
- Negative antigen test result taken within 24 hours of departure.

I am fully vaccinated. Can I get a booster shot on Guam?
Yes, if you are 16 years old or older. Please ensure that an appropriate amount of time has passed based on the type and date of your last COVID-19 vaccine shot.

Which vaccines are being offered on Guam as part of this program?
Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson/Janssen. *subject to availability
Can I choose my vaccine?
Where will the vaccine be administered to me?
Appointments made on airvandv.guamcovid.com are automatically scheduled for the Air V&V kiosk at The Plaza Shopping Center in Tumon.
If you would like to arrange concierge medical service, in which the medical staff comes to your hotel instead, please contact the Air V&V clinic directly to make that special request.
When will the vaccine be administered to me?
The vaccine can be administered as soon as the day after your arrival. Please make sure you schedule your appointment ahead of time at airvandv.guamcovid.com.
How long will I have to stay on Guam?
Your length of stay is dependent on the COVID-19 vaccine selected and desired length of leisure stay.
What happens if I test positive for COVID-19 while on Guam?
If you test positive for COVID-19 anytime during your stay in Guam, you will be transferred to a government isolation facility for health and symptom monitoring for a minimum of 10 days.
How do I book accommodation at an Air V&V hotel?
You can book your hotel through a travel agency or by contacting the participating hotels directly.
How do I schedule my vaccination appointment(s) and/or COVID-19 test(s)?

Can I receive the first dose of Pfizer or Moderna and then return to my home country without receiving the second dose in Guam?
Yes, it is possible to receive just one dose of the vaccine under the Air V&V program. However, please consult the re-entry protocols of your home country.
Can I receive the second dose of the vaccine in Guam through the Air V&V program even though I already received the first dose in my home country?
Yes. Please bring documentation that shows the type of vaccine of your first dose and the date it was administered.
Is health insurance required to receive the vaccine?
What documentation do I need to receive the vaccination?
You will only need government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, driver’s license, etc.)
What is required for a minor (17 years old and younger) to receive the vaccine?
Minors must have government-issued photo identification and be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
